• 1 cup cooked quinoa
• 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
• ½ cup radish, thinly sliced
• 2 cups spinach
• ½ cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped
• Sesame seeds, to garnish
• 8 cilantro sprigs, to garnish
